I don't even know how to describe this episode. We covered anything and everything we could think of. It started with knocking on the Olympics, more specifically, NBC's coverage of the games. Then we made fun of a series of countries (including ours), in regards to the summer games. We talked a bit about Adam Jay's work in Florida (superhero cosplay shoots). Then we bounced around from current blockbusters to August's summer blockbuster list all the way to 90's action blockbusters. Between it all, there was plenty of other randomness... even to the point I had to ask multiple times, "where are we at."

Trying to avoid spending another entire podcast on superhero movies, we quickly conveyed our thoughts on The Dark Knight Rises and its box office numbers but then moved on to a few other topics. We talked some about the 2012 Olympics, as they open up in England this weekend, and we covered Superhero Photography and Adam Jay's Epic Photo Shoot from the past weekend involving fifteen cosplayers. We even started thinking of a way to assemble a list of must see movies to post on Project-Nerd.

The Dark Knight Rises is in theaters everywhere and we're celebrating by geeking out about all things Batman. That's right, episode six dove into as much caped crusader talk as possible as we broke down the movies, comics, games, and characters. We did side track some, but for the most part this is all about the Batman!

Episode V led us down a dark path of destruction as we just couldn't stay on point. Luckily for us, there was no point... beyond Comic Con happening this weekend. We talked a bit about The Amazing Spider-Man and the state of the Box Office and NCAA 13 before we dove into the mecca of nerds. Looped in that Comic Con discussion is plenty of Dr. Who, Superhero Movie, and other geeky side discussions.

We changed course with our fourth episode, spending the majority of time on one topic. We did open up with some talk about the state of the recent box office and even spent a few minutes on Anderson Cooper's big news. After that it was all comic book movies. What we loved, what we hate, and what many may not know were based off of comics.

The third podcast brought to the table a few firsts. Erin's first appearance (as well as interruption), Iggy's first time admitting how much he enjoys Matthew McConaughey, and the revealing of our first partnership with another site for content. We spent plenty of time on the Best Picture winner, The Artist, as well as the theatrical releases of 6/22 and 6/29. We didn't stop there, as there was some tech talk and most importantly a quick conversation about a young boy in need of support.

Round two went down with a few hitches, but plenty of entertainment as well. We dove right in confessing our undying love for Newsies and quickly followed with the rest of the week's releases. After spending some time on The Wonder Woman Fan Film (and fan films in general) we talked about the big theatrical weekend ahead. We finally wrapped it up with some comic book talk, focusing on The Avengers vs X-Men.

On our very first Nerdcast we discussed what movies were out, were coming out, and what movies distracted us from that conversation. We even dove into Apple’s WWDC and broke the rules by comparing Bill Gates and Steve Jobs. We weren’t done there, as the conversation continued and just so happened to be littered with a few more Project-Blu and Project-Nerd plugs. Iggy even went far enough to knock one of his favorite geek blogs!
